How do I ship my order as a gift?

If you wish to include a personal greeting with your personalized baby gift bundle, please provide it during checkout, as prompted in the “order notes” section. Personal greetings are printed on a “best wishes” greeting card and tied to the ribbon.[/vc_column_text]

How much does shipping cost?

[vc_column_text]All our gift bundles ship from (Vancouver) Canada. We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada with the option of flat rate express shipping. Shipping to anywhere in the USA is $13 Canadian.[/vc_column_text]

When will my basic baby co. package be shipped?

All new mom gift bundles and personalized baby gifts will be shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed, but usually ship within 1-2 business days. If there are extenuating circumstances delaying your order that have not otherwise be noted, we will email you to advise you of this. You will have the option to have your order refunded if these delays pose as an issue for you.

How long will my order take to ship?

The estimated shipping time provided while you shop offers the range in which you can expect your gift bundle to arrive. However, as we are located just outside of Vancouver, Canada, shipping time is usually 1-2 business days for gift bundles delivered within the Lower Mainland and increases the further West the gift bundle is being delivered.
